Check out Archdale Affordable Computers or Thomasville Affordable Computers on Google Maps and look at their setup One of their core businesses is refurbishing off-lease corporate or enterprise machines - often with the original storage drives and other parts - including some kind of warranty (that limits liability to replacement or refund only) They do a great business and it's just the kind of thing the population of this area needs - more than enough to get on the web or productivity 8th gen i7 machines under $150 (at times, not all the time) or with monitor for a little over $200 Of course, not good for games that need GPUs They have standard ATX form factor older machines too w/ older GPUs That last bit seems to be what you are aiming for A large part of the rural NC population is looking for that and these two stores cater to the folks in the Piedmont
