i had have spondylolisthesis, ddd,stenosis, facet arthrosis,nerve root impingement, neuropathy, sciatica, radiculopathy, type 2 diabetes, ptsdhave mri,xrays,therapy, and meds for all disabilities, im 58 long work history since 1985 ,filed 2021 still waiting with a lawyer🙏

As a former psych nurse, it just really irritates me when I see people get disability for depression, bipolar, or fibromyalgia A lot of people that I have seen to get it for psych issues don’t even have severe depression

I was just diagnosed with Degenerative disc disease and the sciatic nerve is making me crazy I just went through an MRI and waiting to find out just how bad it is I can't sit for more than 10 minutes, I can't straighten up and I just started PT Disability is the only thing I can think of Thank you for this

I've applied for it twice! I have COPD, anxiety, depression, a back injury from thirty plus years ago, diabetes, and neuropathy etc I have been turned down both times! However, I have missed more days than I can count from work, but they have come to see that I am very sickly They keep giving me chances, because when I am there I do my absolute best, but I haven't been able to put in a full forty hours in a very long time So, what is the damn deal here? I have proof that I am not able to get through forty hours What next? Another turn down??? They expect you pay money in, but they decide whether you get it when you know you need it??? Not being able to breathe alone makes it very hard to function! 🥵

I have exactly that L4 and l5 from an car accident in 2003 It was re aggravated in 2019 My attorney says ssdi judge doesn't consider the main accident in 2003, only 2019!? The last hearing states I didn't qualify due to my age, my doctors diagnosis I am hindered working a full shift because of limitations of standing and sitting for long periods of time, and it's getting works the hip and leg are now being affected

Im in the process of trying to get my disability and just had my medical CE and Im 2 months out from a 2 level ACDF with a C5 corpectomy for severe spinal stenosis the preop diagnoses was cervical spondylitic myelopathy, cervical radiculopathy and spinal cord compression and the postop diagnoses was the same since the surgery was just to keep it from getting worse and the CE doctor saw me for a total of 5-7 minutes so not feeling to optimistic about it
