Is this really a thing? That benefits from test are like a step function, where you need to go in the above normal range to see ANY benefits? I highly doubt it Comment from : Dominic Mutzhas |

What is the best protein supplement you recommend for post workout? I know your other videos you’ve talked about how protein shakes aren’t magical and are really just an easy option to help you meet your daily protein goal, but what is a brand you trust? Comment from : DonutPatrol127 |

Depends on your diet If you're trying to build muscle using plant based protein, you're likely missing certain amino acids required to make the protein type you need to build muscle In this case all the 'protein' you've taken will be useless without the missing jigsaw pieces Comment from : Matthew Davies |
BCAAs may not maximize any gains with proper macro balance but they absolutely can help with recovery I have literally felt differences between when I take BCAAs after workouts and when I don't in the days that followed And no it's not a placebo Comment from : Drew |
That first one is incorrect I can think of several things that boost testosterone naturally that work wonderfully, and are backed by clinical research pubmedncbinlmnihgov/36013514/ Comment from : John Doe |
Thanks I got into lifting about a year ago And really dialed in my nutrition Seann has saved me a ton of money this year ❤ Comment from : Greg Paxson |

Weight gain work's if you need to get massive drink six a day and eat as much as you can on top Comment from : Stephen Dutton |
Ive never understood why people buy those weight gainers, they are literally paying way too much for a bunch of carbs in their protein You can literally do that yourself by adding a banana or some sugar or oats Comment from : Ojthemighty |
I agree that for most athletes EAAs are not needed But for those who have to commit to high intensity/ long training session very early in the morning (hence most likely in a fasted state), adding EAAs to their carbohydrate drink has been shown to improve recovery - when such is consumed before or during the workout Comment from : denise4259 |
Good stuff Sean! Comment from : Bodhinaut |
I like EAAs for intra and Black Ox w/Blue Ox for fat loss and wicked libido Comment from : E B |

Tbh, even if those new proper T boosters, even if they lift up my mood, for me it's enough to buy them, even if they don't directly give me more gains Comment from : Alexandru Ene |
EHHH hes really wrong about the test boosters… if your educated about them you know it’s not really to boost your test to “above average” its actually to keep your test stable throughout the day Testosterone fluctuates A LOT for so many different reasons, taking a booster is proven to keep your levels from severely dropping, and they definitely do that Comment from : Dom |
Question, is drinking whey protein or such, is still considering natty or not? Comment from : Bit man |

Strong disagree on EAAs They are especially useful for 35+ people who need bigger leucine concentration to trigger muscle growth Drinking them with a meal means you don't have to stuff yourself with huge amount of protein at once just to get leucine high enough Comment from : Kornison Kiseli |
LiesbrTest boosters helpbrBCAA help toobrbrNot sure what brands you are using but they actually work Comment from : Zero |
Do you recommend amino acid supplements for those who intermittent fast? Comment from : Cruyff1899 |
This is absolutely spot on The only good test boosters ever served was to distract the media by having them talk about their use by athletes that were actually using real, exogenous testosterone back in the 90’s Mark McGwire used to use the ol’ Andro in the locker trick to get reporters to see it and start a discussion on whether it should be allowed All the while, Mark was pumping copious amounts of gear The “admit to a small crime to hide the greater one being committed” is as old as law itself As for performance enhancement, all these products do is corrupt the health of your endocrine system while providing no concomitant benefits in strength, speed or performance in any measure Comment from : Larry Cera |
You are correct, TO A POINT There are many of us that have weak digestive systems(due to life long GMO consumption) and can not break down the aminos needed from simply eating more More may in fact be worse In these cases, BCAAs are quite beneficial One of my main supplements now is Betaine & Pepsin accompanied w/ enzymes The older you get the more prevalent this condition becomes, especially if you keep consuming the genetically modified "foods" Comment from : Joe Silver |
Why are amino acid tablets always so huge? Comment from : Doranwhispers ASMR |
can I use creatine while losing weight ? Comment from : Kimi Nem |

Everything anyone needs is Whey Protein + Creatine that's it The rest is 100 diet and exercise You can look and feel absolutely great with just that and a thoughtful meal plan Americans and westerners in general Always want a pill or a powder or just something They can take that gives results But the truth is always going to be your diet and lifestyle is the majority of it Comment from : Grey |

I gotta say I agree with everything except number 1 The last couple years we’ve seen pretty solid evidence that Tongkat Ali and Fadogia Agrestis can cause up to a 40 testosterone increase With that said, 99 of the test boosters on the market don’t have a high enough dose to elicit that response Do your research, and go with single ingredient supplements that are proven to work Comment from : rsemi444 |
i thought for the last one you were going to say fat burners Comment from : Hiroto Yoto |
Weight gainers worked flawlessly for me and 5 students I’m not sure I agree with that Comment from : Frosty Fall |

Oh how I love seeing self proclaimed “experts” talk about shit they know nothing about First off, in regards to test boosters, how would he know since he isn’t a male over the age of 50 with low test My test was 150, I started take ashwaganda, DHEA and fenugreek and raised it to 345 in a few months! Now within a year it’s 500 Comment from : Dennis Marcucci |
This is true Comment from : MrBenigi |
Aye it’s true ❤😮😊 Comment from : Johnboy1922 |
Objectively untrue lol Just a basic stack of (low doses of) tongkat ali extract, stinging nettle, and fadogia extract is potent Replace those herbs with your pharmacology and maybe you'll understand Tongkat behaves like nolvadex, Stinging nettle behaves like proviron, and fadogia behaves like HCG Now is it the same as pinning test? No, but stacking Nolvadex plus proviron plus HCG is GOING to cause a big fat jump in free test, and higher endogenous production Just cuz it's not drugs doesn't mean it doesn't work lol And almost every influencer with this stance has completely backed off from it Comment from : ꧁GlorifiedGremlin꧂ |
99 supplements fak😢! Sugar! Soybeans! Bad 👎 bs Comment from : The Wildlife |

Maybe it’s because I’ve never had a problem putting on mass, but I will never understand the need for weight gainers Calorie dense foods are easy to find Like, the olive oil is right there A tbsp is like 120 calories, toss your pasta in it, drizzle it on your chicken, put it on your salads Or just eat, like, two tablespoons of peanut butter, boom, 200 calories Comment from : Matrim42 |
Thank you, very informative like always❤ Comment from : A K |

Okay I thought number 3 was going to be a pre workout cause you can't tell me all that caffeine and stimulants in a pre workout which are vasoconstrictors they do the opposite of what your trying to achieve which is muscle building the people that make pre workouts will never tell you they don't build muscle because people get addicted to the caffeine and stims and they get so much energy they think it's doing something yeah it gets lazy people up off there ass to workout but not build muscle if they did everyone would just drink coffee before a workout for the caffeine which is the main stimulant in a pre workout plus pump pre workouts don't build muscle either Don't know why you didn't say creatine either so over hyped you just get big and puffy looking not real muscle Comment from : Joe Sparks |
