I am surprised that Verizon has not promoted the unlimited plus as the ideal service for content creation due to no cap on hotspot when using UW since it would be easy to market it to content creators as an internet solution

Verizon could partner with content creators to promote unlimited plus and its unlimited UW hotspot Verizon would need to upgrade the home towers of any partnered content creator including adding mmWave nodes and C band to avoid embarrassing themselves on social media due to performance Also Verizon should provide the line at Verizon's expense to the content creator in addition to paying the creator to promote the brand

VZW has many issues that go way beyond marketing First issue is the plans are too expensive and not enough value Second issue is VZW has degraded their customer service to the point where their is virtually no difference between their postpaid and prepaid/MVNO support Third issue is VZW removing credits that were applied to customers accounts for issues they had with their service That does not even include the fact that their are areas in the country where the VZW network is tanking due to congestion that still does not have UWB equipment at their local tower site You are right this plan is not going to sell well considering they are not going to advertise that plan and who is going to switch for an extended free trial of Disney+ In addition if Verizon keeps this up they are going to be the MVNO wireless carrier

Hi Tyrone, I agree 100 with there is no challenging posture or approach on the market side, when I watch their commercials are boring and always the same history nothing new, nothing that makes me think and compare I have to say that Verizon is my cell phone provider because in my market works very good But what about the rest? They need to move quick and make tmob and att spending more on marketing and costumer perception And the taxes and fees included, man that would be a big punch and response to the market

They should have advertising that has nomads or truck drivers saying they can get service anywhere or something like thatbrbrHowever the bottom line is carriers are pretty much on the same playing field now Some have their advantages and disadvantages etc brbrSo the thing is it’s about price And Verizon needs to concentrate on thatbrbr“We have the largest network and we have the cheapest network”

I also agree that they should have at least 1080p streaming included on the plans if not 4K The other problem Verizon faces is they still have congestion issues until they can completely resolve all the congestion issues T-Mobile is going to come out ahead of them in some of these major cities with T-Mobile is pretty fast
