If the fualt is from bank It can recover but if the fualt is from customer side you can only recover if the reciever is willing to pay back otherwise you cant get back your money

Doesn't matter if the police doesn't act, I filed the case even blocked the funds, the bank asked for Official copy of FIR mailed from police, Which never got done in 2 months, They Unfreeze those funds, the guy walked away with my money
