из газоблока 200 мм было бы куда проще построить Такой домик коробку сложить можно было бы за пару дней Утеплять не надо, более экологичней и долговечней Фундамент можно было на тех же сваях сделать только ростверк сверху залить А тут куча работ с металлом, да еще и осб плита везде
