I am looking to do a career pivot, return to work and enroll in graduate school In the masters program I have to pick an hr concentration between the following: Diversity & Inclusion Management, People Analytics, Talent Management Since big data is everywhere, I am leaning towards People Analytics I have been away from workforce on medical leave, looking to return soon and enroll in graduate school I don’t want to be a hiring manager, nor recruiting but any other aspect of HR sounds great Which would you recommend? Hi I’m currently a mental health supervisor I have a bachelor’s in psychology and a masters in clinical mental health I’m interested in transitioning into hr without staying with an entry level position I also don’t want to take a test or go back to school I know I have transferable skills but I fear that I have to start with an entry level position and financially that would not work for me What do you suggest?
