I see a lot of comments concerning transitioning of religions You miss the point You’re still not getting it It is often found in Buddhism that the people are the furthest from their beliefs They all get so deeply into it and study it and devote to it and they become these great meditators and practitioners and completely miss the point and remain utterly absorbed in their duality, thinking about things and giving them life and value, reasoning and figuring things out, reading and studying the rules and ways and stories, reciting them, memorizing them, walking around being a Buddha They are utterly lost As far from the way as the stars from the earth

tashi delek 🙏brso listening to this lecture and we get to the point where Candrakirti is said to be either 900 or possibly 90 brmy mom was reading bible stories to me about patriachs living 900 years I was 3 when I asked her about this she said ;;} maybe they couldn't count I had just learned how myself from my physicist father I thought about that imagine that living 900 years and not being able to count bri remained a non theist even at 3 silly stories i had a small slide rule to play with counting is easy brthere is evidence that our bodies can actually live a lot longer when we provide the neurotransmitters that bridge the gap between nerve cells I'm recovering from severe radiation poisoning long term from my dad, stuff he bought home on his hands and didn't know it from my research in geology and the desert I live in here in Arizona brI added hemp seed oil and a small amount of blue poppy seeds to my daily diet our bodies create the same things from the food we eat but it costs so much energy it takes more than we have and we die before our first century my brother was a research scientist in biomedical engineering and heart research his work shows that scar tissue is the cause of hardening of the arteries that leads to myocardial infarction the leading cause of death in the western World I started using hemp seed oil about 9 years ago my feet grew almost a full centimeter I was 63 at the Time in a wheelchair and quite thin my body stopped making scar tissue we have endogenous stem cells that can repair just about everything I have photographs of almost cutting off the end of my 3rd finger on my right hand you would have trouble finding the place all the fingerprint lines grew back exactly and the small white line is coming out now it's not magic it's science my camera records things accurately my brother was Dr Thomas E Carew at UCSD his work is available online this is the conclusion of his work very few people survive radiation poisoning none is probably accurate brI'm planning on living forever or as close as I can get to it 900 years is a pretty good start
