Sir,I am a plaintiff in partition suit,the matter is subjudice,in this case also my 2 brothers i e defendent s though engage their advocates separately, they failed to file the ws,and they remained silent mute spectator so judge followed the rule book and pronounced the judgementbut after this one of the defendant approached the apelatte court i e district court in may case , convinced the judge to allow to file the ws,n set aside the judgementn they were successfulnow the retrial is going on,though I have a valid case the opponents r buying time n the case is progressing in a snail pacein between we had corona alsoi have filed the suit in 2016,in2018 I got the judgement,but turned down but retrial started from 2019, they have filed ws, but buying time to cross examinationluckely I have a very competent advocate to defend me,inspite of that they r playingbrI strongly feel the need to reform ,if we need speedy justicebrOtherwise we have laws but they will not help us in timebrWithout efficient n speedy disposal, people loose faithbrHope through ur channel the message will reach the right authority Comment from : Usha Rohidekar
