The 200 peso bill in the Philippines was slowly started getting out of circulation because the people didn’t use it very much because they have gotten so used to the hundred piso or bill and the 500 that they he just thought the 200 was a waste of time so eventually the people stop using it and they are barely printed now, but they still printed, and I actually got my hands on one

An update:brThe 20 pesos banknote currently circulates as a coin, while the 1000 pesos design changed into our national bird which is the Philippine Eagle, and the bill is now made out of polymer

in my oppinion the 200 php is rare due to people wanting to barya (change from big bill to small bill) or buo (small bills or coins to huge amounts ) as that green note is rare when they print it and anyone got their hands on it No one is willing to give it up unless they have no extra or exact payment that even happened to me :/ the 50php note is fairly popular for the 1$ or 1 pound money challenges fairly common yet rare in a lower level as for the 200 people love to save that and not spend it all hahah hope this also helps Salamat

The australian and filipino bank notes might have a slight error but the 2000 paraguayan guaranies bank notes literally featured the wrong person, it has been in circulation since like 2009 and they still haven't fixed it
