READ FOR SOLUTION GUARANTEE EASY at 4:52 u just go drive in the grass between palm tree and the wall and u always follow this path up to the quade bike race track and your done the cops won't keep up in the grass so it the easy way to do it

Hint: drive the van as fast as you can to the airport The police won't come there (PSP) Just wait till you can lose your wanted level take a new car and drive to the pay 'n' spray It took me like 4 times today, but the mission passed

Everybody listn carefully ;) 1) You go to South like they tell you to do 2) Drive to Stonewall J's (you know where you can buy weapons) 3) Just a little before Stonewall J's you have this little lane where you can find bodyarmour 4) Hide overhere till you can go to Pay 'n'Spray Voila! Mission passed Made it in one time
