Agree and you’re amazing as always One thing though, if the LLC is a professional corporation, you probably should put your interest in the trust in the event your share is being sold to others in the professional practice Heard of a doctor who didn’t and his practice went through probate By the time estate was closed, the patients had already move on, practice was no longer valuable and other members lost interest in buying his membership interest

Hello I am just now seeing this video I think this will be good for me I have been ill off and on so I am trying to make different types of arrangements I have 2 sons and so far 2 grandchildren I have no one in my family I can trust not even my own mother ( She 79 right now - Long Story that involves my DNA test) I would trust my oldest child instead of the youngest child I am learning much with this video I don't have much but I have been saving more since I am older and closer to retirement I am so glad I came across this video Thank you so muchbrT

Question: can a living trust be put together by a child of the person leaving the trust? My sister had prepared her will, leaving all of her property to her son and put a bank account in mine and her name “to keep it safe” she said During COVID, her son took her to Florida and according to him later on, took her to the bank and supposedly got a living trust drawn up in which he, or course, is her only heir He later returned to the town where she and I had the joint account and had the account closed I found out by trying to log on and check the balance after putting some money in it I called the bank and they couldn’t tell me what happened, just that it had been closed I didn’t have the paperwork as my sister had it He has now placed her in a nursing home where he has all the day so over her care where my daughter had the power of attorney for her health concerns The scene that she previously tried to prevent has come true Any suggestions?
