This video assumes that the taxes are federal income tax, not all taxes are income tax and bear in mind that income tax is the only type of tax an American can legally aviod, other types, such as child support or council tax are mandatory no matter what, obviously this video assumes that you're a citizen of the United States and obviously not everyone lives in the USA

As usual with YouTube tax advice this is full of questionable statements that lack the proper qualifying conditions Small guys will not organize their business as a C-corp So focus should be on S-corp law here All S-corp net income (reported on a K-1) is taxed on the shareholder's 1040 regardless of any distribution of cash to them So technically a distribution is tax free but only because the profit was already taxed on their 1040 Any distribution of capital owned by the Corp is untaxed until all of the Corp capital is returned to the shareholder Any excess capital beyond that point is taxed as a capital gain
