any chance to watch a best over-under for rabbits or wild hogs? yeah i know a few goes with those weapons but i like the over-under since you can use it for bird hunting too

Honestly you can’t beat the citori base I own the new 725 and my xt trap combo In my experience with the cynergy you couldn’t give me one I had one along with a few of my friends we all had issues out of the cynergy with failure to fire due to the trigger binding even after getting serviced with browning gunsmiths

Got my Orion recently 28" with Matte Blue Finish (Didn't like the look of the gloss since it makes it look plastic and didn't want 30" sporting) The one I picked has BEAUTIFUL wood with knots in the wood grain Couldn't Say no after seeing it! This was my first, and already I can never wait to go back to clay Pidgeon shooting Also threw on a Multi-Fit Falcon Strike Recoil pad, which works incredibly well with it! Love that it's 28" that I can throw on some extended Carlson Modified Chokes Absolutely no regrets! Just shot 71 out of 76 at the clay range yesterday!

great video! I use my Beretta 691 20 gauge for sporting clays, grouse, ducks (using bismuth) and turkeys (using TSS) The safety needed some work; was way too heavy from the factory (I mean no way you could hunt grouse as it came from the factory) The stock required some trimming to fit me as well (cut the length of pull and remove a few mil on top and refinish) All in all I got a good deal on it and with the modifications I am very happy with it

Thank you for your awesome reviews I wanted to get into some sporting clay shooting and didnt want to spend an arm and a leg to start out, so after watching your review on the Weatherby Orion, I found one in the Sporting edition Has the adjustable comb and 30" ported barrels for under 1K So far its a great gun for the money and a perfect gun to start experiencing sporting clay shooting If I really get into the clay shooting, maybe down the road get a Browning Citori CX, but the Weatherby Orion Sporting is an excellent gun for me to start out with

Did your Franchi loosen up over time? I remember when you reviewed the shotgun and stated that it was very stiff and hard to open and close I recently got to take a look at one myself and agree that it was very hard to open all the way and even harder to close I really like the shotgun, but want to know if this is an issue or something that will resolve over time Thanks again for the great videos

Haven't shot a Browning 725, but I have a Miroku MK38 Sport, which is equivalent to a Browning 525brGreat guns, will take a lifetime of usebrDaughter has started clay shooting at 15, and also has a Miroku MK38 Trap brBoth bought secondhand, average price here in Ireland S/H ranges from 900 to 1000 Euros, pretty much the same price in Dollars

I am a dissatisfied Browning Cynergy ower The trap combo/ grey laminate stick version to be specific My only complaint is the arrangement of the firing pins (angled) as opposed to in-line with the barrels Constantly having ftf Since 2017 I have replaced them at least 4 times Starting to see 725’s have the same issue

I bought a Tristar TT-15 Sporting (Turkish) to get me started with over/unders Less than a thousand dollars, but well made It was cheap enough that I could work on it and fine tune it without worrying too much about destroying it After 3 years of shooting 900 to 1000 shells per week, I bought a Browning 725 Sporting After that I matched the triggers and fit of the Tristar to the Browning 725 so I have a nice "bad weather" gun Turkish guns are very well made and easy work on, but the Browning 725 Sporting ($3,800) was perfect right out of the box and just beautiful --- but if you don't need beautiful there are less expensive options

My main upland is 625 Browning Citori feather 20 ga 26” with Carlson ext chokes Primary duck gun is a Browning Maxis 12 ga 28”…I bring a Beretta 686 onyx 12 ga 30” as a back up or when I want a change OU can be a pain and sometimes unsafe in some waterfowl blind application especially pit blinds and layoutsbr** Agree ** the tang safety on my 686 was awful…I finally took it to a gunsmith who polished/adjusted it and it’s 50 better but not wonderful…I find myself using an A400 Beretta 20 ga 28” for Ducks more and more vs the 12ga stuff

Rizzini BR 110? I almost got one some years back, but found a better 'deal' on a mid-'90's Beretta 686 Sporting (for $1200, mint clean Who wouldn't!?!) I handled it a lot in a shop that specializes in shotguns and dogs The only thing I didn't do (besides clean it ) was fire a round down the tube Can't imagine it wouldn't at least tie or, in finish quality for money, exceed some other choices

For me, fit is everything! I had a Beretta Silver Pigeon 20g and it doesn't fit me well I'm 5'3" and the stock is too long and not enough drop Missed a lot of birds Sold it and picked up a new Browning 725 20g Loved the lower receiver as compared to the old Citori's, it's light weight, and mechanical triggers Quality Japanese build and the fit was perfect Only thing I didn't like was it's harder to break the gun open than I'd like but I hope it loosens up as time goes

I just bought a Gforce G5 Filthy Pheasant over & under shotgun in 12 Gauge from Vance Outdoors for $32999 on sale So far I like it & looks pretty good as well I took it out last weekend & it hits the clays just fine My only complaint is that it's stiff as hell, trying to loosen it up

Hey Steve, I bought a Tristar Hunter Mag 2, and it’s awesome for goose hunting, we can only kill 1 goose in MD, but I have a close range Carlson’s choke in the bottom and full choke on top, Basically a Blunderbuss and sniper But if your thinking about reviewing some more O/U give that one a try!

Great review For all clay sporting the 725 sporting is not just bang for your buck it's one of the best I've had two and sold them both for a dt11 While the price points are way off you want to try to the dt11 sporting It's a couple of notches above the 725
