My Bank Of America experience is horrible They totally screwed up the transaction record on my home equity loan and told me I owe them $8000 when in fact I had a balance of $200 Took a year and a half and numerous complaints to the fed to get it corrected Their systems continually rip people off

My mother had an account at Bank of America many many years ago she went to go pull some money out of the account and money was missing They told her you pulled it out They showed her a withdrawal slip that wasn’t her signature, and they never gave her back her money, she close the account and went to another bank this was my reason that I have never open any account at Bank of America Their are credit card is good but I review my account daily to make sure they’re on the up and up
