I love playing netball but I'm very insecure and very worried about playing my usual GK or GD position because I'm short Recently a new player joined my team and she's about a foot taller than me and plays GK I'm not doing well and I don't know how I can get skills up Are there exercises that focus on defending a much taller person? Has anyone felt this way?

to help, you can also add different variations of passes instead of just doing chest passes switch it up and do a mix of lobs and bounce passes as well but don't do it in a pattern so the defence doesn't know what pass you're doing next
