I do not agree at all Money is never the issue It's the character of the person When you hold a knife you can slice bread in pieces and share or kill somebody Has that to do with the knife or the person holding it? Money magnifies who you are If you we're greedy it becomes more visible when you are rich I know plenty of people who are not rich but have ugly characters and don't give a damnstop the separation nonsense Us against themthat is the problem

As a person in my 30's I've seen friends start to make a lot of money and they definitely become less compassionate Like really nice, caring people! They just start to feel entitled and it makes them feel like they deserve everything and if "those people" did more, they wouldn't be in their bad situationsbrThey also end up in corporate worlds where they're surrounded by people with those same values

From my personal experience, some rich people are asshole and some are nice people I don't think money changes people, it just only reveal if they were true to themselves The different between real life and monopoly is that one have the choice to continue to participate the Capitalist game when they are wealthy enough to have financial security, whereas in monopoly your purpose is to kill off the players whether you are satisfy or not with the wealth

Monopoly was initially designed to show the dangers of capitalism and it was snapped up as a capatalist product The 'Monopoly' side of it where you are in competition for personal success was more popular than the team based version where everyone worked to share money and ensure the maximum maintenance is performed on the properties brbrMonopoly was never meant to be a game, it was called the Landlords game and it was meant to be a simple example of how a monopoly will cripple the market for everyone But a monopoly turned it into a game and the message was forgotten ^^ The Landlords game is over 100 years old now ^^

We need to get rid of the market/money system Damn near every problem we have from the societal level to the species level is rooted in money and markets either directly or by proxy How do we do that? Not necessarily While I agree that this happens with a lot of people particularly in Wall Street, take into account the morality of a person I for one want to be rich because being rich means you have power But I am fully aware that with power, I have a moral obligation to help those who are in need I don't not need to be religious to help other people I just need to be a decent person Everyone wants to be rich It's just a matter of whether or not you are aware that you should use that richness and power for a moral cause
