I ve filed a case in consumer forum, the defendant has put in reply denying my claim Mr President of forum has asked me to file evidence I had already filed evidence by way of Affidavit when OP DID NOT APPEAR FOR EX PARTY DECISION LATER opposite party submitted their reply denying my claim I am again asked by consumer forum to file evidence My query - do I ve to repeat matter contained in earlier evidence and further add reply to defendant denial in crux or pointwise reply ? Pl help ASAP
