What an incredibly beautiful piece! I am curious as to why you applied a burnt sienna wash to the canvas to start with? Is this to create a warm undertone or is it to cover the white of the canvas or maybe both?

WoW your brushes :) They can say what they want bur ofcourse what kind of brushes been used matters ! So strange some artist never want to tell whats the brand of their brushes, it make me crazy hehe :) Thank you for your painting lesson ! :)
