Saatva is a shady internet based scam company I bought their top of the line mattress and it was awful Stiff edges and soupy muddle was like getting into and out of a waterbed (it was a medium-firm) Don’t believe reviews by internet click-seekers who start every video with, “what’s up YouTube!” brI wrote a critical review and Saatva blocked it I wrote another review and they blocked it again So, I emailed the company and asked why they were blocking my legitimate reviews They said they don’t block reviews- as they blocked my reviews I filed a complaint with the bbb brbrWe also bought the satin sheets and the linen sheets and both are the absolute lowest quality material available We use ours as paint drop cloths This is company is an internet marketing machine with a low-quality product Try to find honest on-line reviews Saatva blocks them all

PURPLE MATTRESS SAGS AFTER A FEW YEARS If you get one bPRO TIP THEY WON'T TELL YOU/b DON'T rip off the manufacturer's tags from the mattress, it voids the warranty and trust me after it starts sagging and killing you're back you're going to want that warranty!

Mattress Firm denied my claim in a sagging 3 year old Purple Mattress The mattress was collapsing on the sides and sagging in multiple locations Although Purple said they would replace the mattress it had to be approved by Mattress Firm Mattress Firm denied the claim I will never shop there again That was $3,400 down the tubes I would buy my mattress from Costco moving forward Even if the mattress is not as good as long as it lasts me 7 years I am fine
