I am so glad I found you I have learned so much from just watching one video so far I am in the process of retiring from my Internet business and I have over a dozen email addresses from different domains I have been trying to find an economical way to keep a few of those email addresses and not pay a web hosting company anymore for a dedicated server My question at this time when I reply to my customers and friends with the reply be from the email address it came from? Or will it be my gmail address?

The arrangement is not too appealing I would really want a separate Inbox for each email account I would not want to look at a list of ALL emails from all accounts within just one basic "Inbox" But what you showed, it is what it is and user is the one to decide to use or not use this gmailify

ISP requiring the user to setup in a email client? At least one of the isp's gives webmail so the use of a email client is not necessary for the particular isp Do many other isp's not allow for webmail?

That color coding process would seem to still be give sloppy results Nicer would be, if all emails from a onenamed AOL account would go into the GMail account all in its own inbox within your GMail, namedd 'inbox for onenamed AOL' , so you do not need to play with color coding; all those emails would automatically go into a decidated inbox

Wai, wai, wait You say, "synchronize" at about 3 minutes into the video Does that mean if you send a response to a message which came through Yahoo or AOL from your Gmail account which collects those Yahoos or AOLs, that this response can be sent from GMail? Does they also look as if they were sent from those Yahoo or AOL accounts?

Thanks I have a question - I want to set up forwarding emails from a master G Mail account to a board They don't want to sync their business accounts wit Gmail All they want is to forward gmails to their business account I am not sure if call forwarding will work because it shows one account which added as in use and the rest are subordinate to that account Any advise is appreciated Thanks

Hello, this is great thanks for the tips I normally use a email client to view all the email accounts we have and use the old IMAP setting so that each user for example can view, and read on their different devices/sync send replies etc We want to move over to using just the main Gmail account to manage multiple emails as you have shown However, does this mean that if there are two or more users with access to the same secondary email account, it will show as read for both users? In other words, this way of setting up is only for users who have access to other email accounts only they can read and see?

I found 5 emails setup on my phone under outlook, and Google, AOL I also think someone setup my Google search engine as a gifpunjab is showing up on my predictive texts and recently used emoji like 🗝 and key drivers? How can I find these people? I believe they are using my old email address to use for marketing and I believe it's not legal I found my Google help suggestion saying options for why I need help and it says illegal prescription or copycat? My whole phone is being used as a Punjab scam and I don't use YouTube search but my history says I am using it, I am being made to be a fool and I don't know how long this has been happening Please help

When I check “apply filter to matching conversations “ it does not stay checked after creating and closing window which results in all future emails not being handled by filter and thus not getting labeled What am I doing wrong? Or do I need to manually apply filter each time I open gmail?

I've been banging my head against trying to add my Google Workspace email to my personal Gmail Finally got it to work by allowing "Less Secure Apps" to access the Workspace account That requires the Admin to turn off 2FA security, turn "Less Secure Apps" ON for the system or a configuration group of users (Google recommends it be OFF) which gives every Workspace user the option to turn it on for their account Only after turning it on for my Workspace account was I able in my personal Gmail to add the account to "Check email from other accounts" via POP3 and to "Send mail as" via SMTP/TLS brbrIt seems ironic that Gmail can work directly with one Google account when "Less Secure Apps" is OFF but cannot with an added Google account For other "less secure" mail apps such as Apple Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird, Google advises configure it to use IMAP with OAuth or ask developers to update any other app to use OAuth 20 So Gmail does not use OAuth for added accounts?

I tried following and it just did what it expected to do What surprises me however is that all the emails in my alias accounts are marked 'unread' so there were more than 900 unread emails flooding my default gmail It was a daunting so I wonder how to overcome this without much hassle Thanks!
