My home park - love hearing it praised so well Most definitely the best coaster collection out there with Wildcats Revenge added brbrAs far as Candylane goes, they’ve made LEAPS and bounds Up until around the mid 2010’s, they would only be open from Minetown to Music Box Way, and had no coasters open Was the reason as a kid why I thought coasters couldn’t run in the winter 😂

I just visited this park a few days ago And the coasters are phenomenal; especially with the addition of Wildcat’s Revenge But you are 100 right when you said the desert foods are a big factor! As someone who has a sweet tooth, this place was HEAVEN for me!

I’ve never been to this park and never plan on visiting because in my mind this park was built to distract the public that Hersey is maybe the biggest Child Labor company No hate on the rides but I refuse to support this company

I went there last year after losing some “walk of shame” coaster weight and their map app is pretty good for helping you navigate their weird pathing system

Hershey is one of the best parks in the United States The Hershey complex is the northeast version of Disneyland because of chocolate World, chocolate town it reminds me of Downtown Disney in Calif Chocolate World is the best and Hershey Park is the best as well The region is great with the town of Hershey and Lancaster County about 20 minutes away

Hershey park but the most famous park to go to is Florida they are still building rides as we speak they got way more money than Hersheypark in Dorney park in six flags great adventure

The reason the kids rides are spread out is because Milton Hershey wanted the family to be able to “play together”- which is why it’s all spread out ❤

Are you aware, Hershey announced, about two weeks ago, they are going to tear down the best ride in the park, The Comet I worked in the park over 50 years ago It was a fun park before they brought in all the coasters The rides that were taken out, for the new coasters were old, original park type rides I believe the only original ride remaining, is the Carousel That was a great ride as an operator

You forgot to mention that it doesn’t make sense going to HersheyPark or any popular amusement parks without buying their “Fast pass”, “Fast track”, “fast lane” It is very uncomfortable to wait an hour for a 2 minutes ride

Me, a German coaster fan who visited Hershey Park 3 times, can not understand your criticism about the layout and arrangement of the attractions or walkways The park is embedded in its surroundings and that is what makes it so beautiful Not a Disney or Six Flags knockoff, but a unique park that stands out from many others I love the small paths and the up and down when you walk through For me there is nothing worse than a flat concrete surface and huge paths on which everyone moves without exception I don't want to be taken through a main route like at IKEA, I want to "discover" myself where something is So I hope the park stays true to its origins and doesn't become like most others Diversity is the magic word ✌

i do agree with the fact that they have an amazing roller coster collection but with the few flat rides they have the majority have been shunt down every time ive gone in the last 1-2 years (drop towers aside)

To your points about the waterpark - that was put in place bafter/b the coasters were already there So the spacing and walkways are weird because of that Hershey only purchased the land near the entrance and towards the Giant Center a few years ago so they were only able to work within the space they had, and Skyrush, Laugh Track, and the drop towers were a few of the last rides they added before the land purchase They have been sandwiched between the downtown area of Hershey, the mainline railroad tracks, and the major routes and roads with little room to expand until now

I find it ironic for this video to be the first suggestion on YouTube the day I go to Hershey Park and I'd say the Great Bear is probably my favorite one of them all when I went in 6th grade the first roller coaster I've ever ridden was the Sky Rush and it terrified me 😂

I have been going to Hershey Park since the mid 90s, and it has always been great Note about the water park; it is relatively new, and what used to be down there was a really great river rapids ride It's a shame really that they replaced a quality ride with a bunch of slides
