C est dur d habiter avec les parents, chacun veut être indépendant, mener sa propre vie comme il veut Auparavant, j ai rêvé d habiter à Paris, mais je suis restée dans mon pays où j ai mon propre appartement (76 mètre carré ) et c est beaucoup mieux Bon chance à chacun d entre nous!

Je vis dans un appartement Haussmanien 134m2 pour 720 euros charges comprises, sans le prix du chauffage 3 petits balcons, tous les sols en bois massif, immense placard en boiserie dans le grand salon et cheminée et grand placard mural de style dans l'une des chambres Bureau avec bibliothèque murale, très grande salle de bain carrelée damier avec baignoire style XIXème, et douche italienne (moderne) jamais je ne pourrais vivre à Paris, et surtout dans un 19m2 pour ce prix, jamais ! Suis trop bien en Province (Valence), et me rends à Paris comme ailleurs quand je veux le week end

What? You pay 1100 euros for a 33 sqmeter, I mean approximately 356 sq feet flat? The living cost is so high in Paris, just unbearable! Because, I'm living in a 2300 sq feet, I mean 213 sq meter flat in only 235 euro in Bangladesh which has 3 bedrooms, 3 wash rooms, a balcony, separate drawing, dining, living space, kitchen and everything!brBut the video was really informative! Honestly, many of these prices being quoted seem cheaper than NYC, LosAngeles, SanFRancisco or San Diego or at the very least, right in the same ballpark Even with adjustments for Covid, I think one would be hard pressed to secure an apartment in Manhattan for the equivalent of 600-800 Euro

When moving to France 2 years ago, I looked for a flat within Paris for several months (while I was in London) I couldn't find anything that was good value for money, it was either too small or not modern enough (not to say dirty) or far too expensive Besides, it was pre-corona so you literally had to beg, queue and prepare a file as if you were going to buy the place So I rented a place near la defense in Nanterre, it was 57m2 for 1200eur, nice and clean near public transports I have a 72m2 in Nanterre, brand new flat for 1300eur Glad I didn't get into the idea that only Paris exists So much more in the suburb although their reputation is not great, most of them are upcoming areas A bit of research, placed near public transports should do the trick
