You can easily charge $1000 over the base price if you offer a furnished unit, I know corporate housing companies that have the most insane margins and rent $1600 units for over $3K If you’re able to save up to rent a decent place and pay to furnish/clean it you can make decent money I’m sure Especially in cities with big companies that intern a lot of students over the Summer Comment from : origamiwizard8 |
