Paypal couldn't care less it they process unauthorised transactions, the customer gets screwed and they get their commission 3 transactions on same day for same item from same company that I have never heard of and has a bad name online, that raised no flags with Paypal,, they still insist it was okay, the customer means nothing as long as they get their commission, utterly despicable company

Same thing just happened to me today I received an email from PayPal saying one of my costumer asking for refund saying that she haven't received anything I'm selling digital product and I have Instagram massage proof that she already received it and the product that sell is work perfectly After 2 weeks she come to PayPal and asks for refund and it's $45 I already know about this shit that PayPal will not listen to me especially I'm selling digital product that technically doesn't have seller protection in some cases They asked me to proof my statement within 10 days Idk if I should contact PayPal back or not because I think I already knows what PayPal gonna say Thank god it just only $45 But still think is fucked up what if this problem happen again and again it's totally harm the seller After all I don't have any positions exapt PayPal to do international transaction since I'm just a small business man and I can't not afford credit card ect PayPal is the easy way for me but yeah this is really fucked up I hope there another safe online banking than PayPal that I can use in the future For who still using PayPal especially if you selling digital products than you much be more careful for it, my advice is do not send your PayPal email address, your PayPal link or an invoice to your a new costumer yet Ask for their PayPal email address first so you can see if it's the same person the last time who scamed you or not, if you think it was safe to make a transaction with that person than you can send your information and begin the transaction Take care guys and don't forget there's a lot of poor people out there who is in need don't forget to help them if you can and if you do more good things in your life I'm sure will gain a lot of good lucks too Have a good day take care
