Hii I'm dr Jakir ahmad and, I'm working a small icu set up in Maladah west bengal last day i attend a case of acute infarct of brain He is having history of unconscious 1 day back He is passing massive blackis blood through rectum and mouth I don't understand the cause pls explain it and things is that patient have no history of rectal polyp and no other chronic history like t2dm Or htn Just pass massive blackish blood and cvs symptoms pls explain it sir ??
