I lived in Hammond until 2015 It was fine until around 1990 It started to go down hill, when the dregs from East Chicago and Gary started seeping in Not to mention, when they closed down Cabrini Green in Chicago, much of the scum from there moved into Kennedy Park Apartments, a large apartment complex between Hammond and Highland Crime shot up when that happened Not much later, they condemned the Apartment complex because of the crimes/murders and tore it down, like they did with Cabrini Green in Chicago

I do understand the topic of this video butbrbrI live in Kentucky on the Ohio river (Owensboro) I spend a lot of time in Indiana The Hoosier state is just one mile from my house in KY I cross the bridge and I'm in Reo, Indiana (about 35 minutes from Evansville) brIndiana is a beautiful state So is my beloved Kentucky I don't think either state gets a fair shake on these videos When he talks about Indiana it's always about Gary When he talks about Kentucky it's always about the small area in Eastern, KY where the Hatfields and Mecoys killed each other, didn't wear shoes and married their cousins That Hillbilly region is less than 1 of the state's population Indiana and Kentucky has so much that offers to our nation

You left out Indianapolis the armpit of Indiana Homicides are through the roof I only live here because I work here, and my house is south of Indianapolis in the countryside In Indianapolis they don't pave the streets, they just fill the potholes and consider newly painted lines to be the resurfacing job Street repair just gets handed down from one administration to another Downtown looks pretty good, but that's what we want people to see Can't wait to retire so I can move to Odon
