My husband and I were debt-free up until 5 weeks ago We both got new used cars and now have almost $70K in car loans We have credit debt that we pay off interest-free, either by paying in full monthly or by getting 0promotional interest rate for 12 months which the entire balance is paid in full before the expiration date How do we pay off both vehicles as soon as possible We both have over 800 credit scores, but was only have to get a 46 interest rate on SUV and 643 on the sedan This was very disappointing because we were so proud of achieving and maintaining great credit

Dave, I used to listen to you on the radio in my car very regularly when I was working, and I found your advice so appropriate That was over 25 years, ago I love your vlogs that I'm now watching, and I appreciate all you do to help people like you are doing I thank God that He got us into a position in life that we now have a debt free existence and are living off pensions, and still able to save and go on very wonderful vacations Credit cards are the devil's tool Unfortunately, people do want more than they can afford I find student loans so unfortunate that kids today have to go into debt just to get an education Thank you for all you do for people I hope you keep up the good work I don't know how you handle all the terrible decisions people make God bless you!!!!

A contract with a minor, unless it is cosigned by a legal guardian that is an adult is generally not considered enforceable It might be useful for the 14 year old to learn a lesson, that he hopefully will not repeat, but I am nut sure that debt is legally binding Either way, since it is all in the family, there is a mess no matter how it all shakes out
