Let's be honest, people start with gambling because their life sucks Ifnit didn't, there'd be no dophamine rush and therefore no addiction possible Live your life to the fullest and you're resistant to drugs including gambling You'll not get addicted and will be actually able to visit a casino once every two years and not come back like gamblers do At least that was my problem when I became a gambler as a 22 yo I still am now at 29 but thanks to some help I was also able to start saving and investing (where I can't really withdraw until I retire) and I was able to pay off a lot of debt Don't let your life suck or it becomes much harder to give up gambling Go after healthy dopamine If needed, gtfo of your country and find love on the other side of the world Or a job Or retirement Just live a little and you won't feel the need to go to a casino so much
