I wonder how it works if you find you have what you think is an old commemorative coin which after a seller sells it the buyer screams a counterfeit coin, in this case dated 1800's and buy accuses seller of possesing and passing counterfeit currency It sounds to me like very innocent people can get in major trouble for things mostvof us feel are inconceivable Im thinking most people dont know, imagine being suddenly arrested
