James , you should explain to people that these products are based on approximately 2 yr deals - with the product fee ADDED the monthly payment rises from around £500 to around £76000 , that’s over 50 more on top of the monthly payment brBorrowing £100K on a £150k property just doesn’t stack up brwith property prices tanking over the next couple of years the deposit (50k) will be eroded and even more so with inflationbrThat’s based on remortgage, if you’re going to buy in this market , either buy cash or wait it out Comment from : Steve Levick |
