I like GTA 4 it's definitely a serious and dark theme of the game's story brThere is no happy ending here and Niko loses someone dear to him brNo matter how hard he tried to change and make everything better, karma eventually overtook him, and he will lose Roman or Kate depending on who he decides to listen to brI hope GTA 6 will have something like this

I personally feel, there should've been a third option as well Walk-outbrbrNiko Walks out and tells Pegorino that He delt with Darko and Has enough money for Roman now he wants out Pegorino congratulates him for his new life and says he'll deal with DmitribrbrNiko, thinking he is out, Attends the wedding only to be betrayed by Pegorino and Kate gets shot (but she doesn't die) and is taken to hospital by Little Jacob while there is a huge gun fight resulting in the chase and killing of Jimmy Pegorino brbrHe gets a call from Roman saying that Kate is out of danger but yet unconscious brNiko says I dont think, it'll ever end in a subtle way I have to take out Dmitri once and for all that's how it's going to be over"brbrAnd the final mission be like A Dish served cold with a twist at the end, Dmitri takes a chopper and flies and Little Jacob comes with a boat now you chase Dmitri's chopper and Jacob does the shooting (An army of boats try to stop you) in the end the chopper crashes near the statue of happiness and in the end after a fire fight, Niko kills Dmitribrbrin the end Roman says its all over now cousin We can start from the start to which, Niko says Past always haunts I hope this is the end brbrIn the credit roll, Katie calls Niko and says Maybe we both should start a new life like a family (Proposing him to marry her), to which Niko Says, you might get a bullet again brKatie: Better than Packy's verbal bullets

This is the happiest and the saddest Niko is ever seen in the game, regardless of what ending you choosebrbrThe "Revenge" ending is still the canonical one, because it ties into GTA V as seen on Niko's Bleeter profile; where he's said to be living in San Andreas now with his cousin and his wife, which obviously means that picking "Deal" wasn't the right choice anyways

It feels like the ending choices are pretty pointless, imo You either pick Roman (the 2nd man of GTA 4) or Niko's girlfriend (a background character) I think Mallorie should've been the better option for Revenge ending It would struggle Roman's life a lot, making it impactful as the Deal ending
