I live in SD right now and will not be staying The homeless situation is ridiculous and it's more expensive than LA Just bc the homes are listed around $700k doesn't mean that's what they're sold for The average sfh is going to cost you closer to $1M Chula Vista is very nice but is starting to be taken over by the homeless population since they recently passed a law banning them from camping downtown I couldn't imagine raising a family out here unless you can afford to live in the more expensive areas like La Jolla Comment from : NCE |
|

I blame the politicians and the Goverment for all this declins in these cities historical places have to be preserved not distroyed The people on top Billioners perposly let these things happen and regular people take it hands down , while claiming they are the gree world Democracy best place on earth to live Blah blah ,blah If your cities are falling apart ? Why dont you complain ? Why not ? Why pay taxes to the government that dont do shit for its people? And why dont you demand more from your represenatives? These are all ligid questions Unless people make strong and united demands from thier representative other than the fact how they like them as a person this will get worse and worse as we can all see in the decline health of these cities and these are only the top 10 , there are many other cities in the U S with close statistics to Cleveland Milwakee , Kansas city or Cincinnati Its us the people that have givin up and just being a nice slave to the rich and learned to take it like a Good slave that we were designed to be Comment from : CONCEPTMANIA |

The population in America is presently 339M people, that means 12M adults that are employable are unemployed, 37 unemployment rate national average as of July 2023 The U-6 unemployment real rate is 69 as reported June 2023, equating to 223M adults are real unemployed Too many immigrants, minorities bogging down the system "Real unemployed" defined as really unemployable Could be all sorts of reasons, however, mostly history of arrests, incarceration, lack of education, mental illness, retardation are what makes that 223M adults really unemployable Comment from : Leah West |

|
I live in Mesa, AZ and drive all over the East Valley for my delivery job everyday I see how many people have moved here from all over the US in the just the month of July alone A lot of people from Texas, too, which is weird because I thought people were moving TO Texas The lack of water is a real concern, though the cities around here have adopted a mandate for real estate developers to tear down old structures and build over existing developed plots in order to not create a new pipeline of water that doesn't already exist So, you'll still see a lot of empty space around here for a long time to come because we have no choice but to build over what is old first It helps with the water crisis a bit Also, El Nino is expected to return later this year or next year, bringing with it a ton of rain in this region We might be okay for the next few years when it comes to water, but going out as far as 2030 Perhaps not with how dry it can get here and how this region has never had to sustain so many humans living in it before Comment from : lumpyspacecadet |

3 Questions for Each City - 1 Are medical professionals fleeing the area in droves due to archaic statewide abortion restrictions and potential prosecution for saving someone's life?, 2 What is the average temperature in this city in June, July and August?, and 3 Does this city get it's electricity from the dilapidated Texas electrical grid? I think I just wiped out 3/4 of your list Comment from : nothingman27511 |
