Why would people be leaving LA? Are you kidding me best weather in the whole country, plentiful, jobs, great restaurants, and if you live in the South Bay, you can pretty much isolate yourself from the rest of the people There’s only so much real estate within a 5 mile radius of the beach, and once people move here, they don’t want to leave even with the high cost of housing, people are not moving out, unless it is a last resort
