I just found out about this amp: "JJ ONE" pure class A guitar tube amplifier Hand made by the people who bring you JJ vacuum tubes I can't find much information on this amp I think that it sells for just over 8,000 Euros and has a twin speaker cabinet but can't find information about that either Their web site jj-electronic doesn't tell much This just Might be the Best guitar amp that money can buy ? I am mainly a drummer but I do play guitar on the side and I recently bought a tube amp, a Fender Champ clone and I just love it It is funny though like Lee said, we spend more on guitars than amps and realistically an amp is where the sound is so we could get a great sound with a Squier and Magnatone but we need the vintage and custom shop guitars and I think it is because guitars are more personal, more tactile for us and there is nothing wrong with that my friendsbut what is nagging me is- What's the story with the red 335, that's missing a black volume knob, hanging on the wall over Pete's shoulder? The Princeton is 12 watts, unless you do the Mercury Magnetics upgrade I really miss mine It has plenty of clean headroom as long as you don't run it past halfway I did the Mercury magnetics upgrades, upgraded the cabinet to a Matheson pine cabinet, with a 12 inch speaker I swore I would never part with it until my band mate put 15 crisp brand new $10000 dollar bills in my hand I kick myself everyday for selling it The Princeton has kick ass tube over drive, because it has a tube rectifier Comment from : sam boggs
