O dear Emma, such a lovely lady I loved your lesson and your efforts are much appreciated for us non-native speakers ❤❤ I was only wondering why in your phonemic transcription exactly in the example in 10:13 "Put on",you did not mark the stress I do know that phrasal verbs take the stress on the first syllable of the second word (preposition) So, stress falls on "on" in "put on" Thank you once more 😊

Thanks Personally I would not recomend this RP accent Its a shame you are so non commital about this or any other accent I suppose you would even endorse "cor blimey" cockney as a good carrer choice accent to emulate and "life style choice" in anglo-saxon societies ? I also don't live now in the UK but still have opinions on good accents for foreigners to aspire to Have a great day too there !

I like what you are doing but not all of these pronounciations are what you hear day in, day out, around the British Isles; regional accents play a massive part and who is to say which regional accent is the best version of a British accent? I certainly don't think that the architypical British accent is the universal parody of Mary Poppins
