I’ve not paid income tax since 1992 because I found it’s voluntary compliance system, in 1995 a man that was working for Exxon Mobil and was being garnished for 26 thousand back taxes and wrote a letter for him sent to three irs offices with signature required telling them that they seem to have made a mistake in that he’s not and employee of the government and doesn’t live in the District of Columbia or a heard of a corporation or CEO bit is a private contractor and has no income from his work but receives and outcome for his work and asked tue to enlighten him of how he’s any of the things listed in the tax code book that states who is liable it says these things and it clarified in the beginning of that chapter the definition for employee in that entire chapter that stated that an employee is any of those things mentioned above here and that by their given definition for the world for that chapter that he’s not an employee It’s all a magical trick of words because their reply to that letter was that he need to do nothing further on the matter and and they said but if you would like to you could continue to pay the debt So they gave him a choice to dod so or not and the last line in this return letter to him said We Apologize For Any Inconvenience We May Have Caused You… And I have this original letter dated 2005 from the IRS…brbrSo the information here in this video is misleading in my view from my life experience with this since 1992 brbrI had two Buisness since well before 92 but in 1992 they became non incorporated because it’s corporations or corporate fictions that are liable and not human beings but persons are liable because in the law dictionary a person also means a corporation so I’m not a person in legal speaking brWords are their stored and sentences are how they sentence you if you don’t know the meaning of the words they use in their contracts because they are not Webster’s definitions but are legal ones and this is how they screw the world brbrFor instance a residential home means a government employee lives and used that home and so it has to pay the property tax register because they work for the US corporation Taxes are for corporations and they ant out to act like one because your name in contract ls in all caps is called a legal fiction meaning that this name is a corporation and not human Your name In lowercase and upper is in legal called your Christian name and not a corporate fictional person that is taxable The only real legal tax is sales tax and that’s fair as you can’t loose your home if you can’t afford to spend more Comment from : Jonathan Black
