I wish I could do this in NJ, but it's absolutely nuts over here The cheapest house you can find these days is around $300k and that's for a small single family house in Central Jersey Northern Jersey is even crazier That means that I would need at least $20k+ to buy my first property It's really sad, how the hell are just regular people suppose to buy their first house with inflation and interest rates the way it is Moving forward the only people that can do any of this are the ones that are already wealthy I wish I started doing this 10 years ago
