Oh my goodness! I'm just seeing this video in 2024 This is terrible, and I dont understand how government agencies allow contractors to continue and just change names / licenses / file for bankruptcybrbrMy mother gave some of ne $30,000, the contractor (unknown to her) pit it into a persoanl bank account Child supprt came and took all the money, becaus he was a bum to his kids 🤦🏾‍♀️brbrIm so glad that your family has been blessed and able to move forward with a dream home now!🙏🏾💖

Paid 26 thousand dollars to DCJ landscaping to redo a deck and remove a cement patio and replace it with pavers and never did the work,every time I called him it was always excuse after excuse including telling me his mother died (lie) father was in hospital (lie) after numerous calls he even had to balls to file a police report claiming I threatened to dismember him and my wife threatened to kill his father (all lies) filed reports with PD, license board and this POS as done the same to at least 7other people that we know of At this writing we can no longer contact him because he changed his number now will have to get an attorney to try and get my money back

The worst kind of people steals You need a video explaining how you got the build back on track How did you get the permits to be your own general contractor to build your own home? The city never wants you to do anything for yourself, so after this thief took your money how did get the permits yourself ? Love the channel and your educated beautiful family too Keep it going!!!

I paid 1/2 of a kitchen remodel and the work was never started the contractor did actually refund all my money except for $650000 He quit answering my text I contacted the Ohio Attorney General and filed a police report but all that did was waste my time Contacted an attorney who stated that we had a real good case but collectability would be an issue It's useless trying to go through the justice system The crooks are never held accountable
