As a LONGTIME tmnt fan those commercials were like the funniest moments of tmnt history especially the live commercials i had and lost a few action figures but the best tmnt toys i loved we're the playsets and i did had tmnt MUTATIONS don i also had a tmnt MUTATION MASTER leo and a tmnt movie 3 Mike and a tmnt baseball player Ralph back in the days brbrI hope to catch you guys again in THE MUTANT MAYHEM

Although I'm not a fan of the 1987 series, I definitely love the original toys (which is Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael and Michelangelo) because they look like their original comic book counterparts I got Leo, Raph and Don back in 2020 and recently got Mikey a few days ago Now I gotta get the party wagon (which I used to have years ago)

I remember around the height of the Turtles, there was a special on TV aimed at kids about how toys were marketed and could deceive you by promising something they couldn't deliver It was clear they only put the TMNT commercials on to get ratings, because the best criticism they could come up with was "Uh, well, the backgrounds aren't real and were made for the commercial" Like no shit, Sherlock

I think the best ads were the early ones that have the action figures in motion inter spliced with clips from the show featuring the actual voice actors Though in some instances, you can tell someone other than Berry Gordon voiced Donatello in a few, and it's also weird how different Shredder's voice actor sounds in those ads compared to James 'Uncle Phil' Avery in the show, itself
