I’m a senior at a dual enrollment school and I’m taking airframe My plan is is to graduate with half my license I’ve taken my general class and passed my school qualifying Taking my FAA GENERAL written soon They’re sort of terrifying me on how difficult the FAA is compared to the school qualifying Any advice? Should I panick?

I’m excited ngl I got 2 classes left in the fall I’ve already taken my Generals Written with FAA and after these classes ima try to knock out these last FAA tests Wish me luck 😀

At the moment I am Easa b1 licensed on the 747-400, 777,787 and Airbus 320 Pay rates are amazing As an experienced contractor you can easily earn €100000/150000 a year This is before tax, smart contractors always find a way to avoid as many taxes as possible It’s a lot of money, but being employed by a proper airline, has more benefits You don’t earn that much becuase of taxes, but you get many more benefits through a permanent contract Think of sick-leave-payment, government allowances, flight benefits, social securities etc (Western Europe example given)

I need some advice, I just enlisted in the marines, I still don't know whether to enlist as an infantry for the experience or as an aviation technician for the knowledge I plan to get out of the marines after my 4 years of service and work as a CBP, border patrol, chp or police, but I would like to have a backup job in case anything happens to be able to work from it Do you think aviation technician is a good job? I have always dreamed of being a CBP or work in the law enforcement but life is life and would like to have a back up job

So I’m a HVAC and generator mechanic also I used to work in logistic transportation I worked in iraq for 4 years 2 years on the flight line as a logistic coordinator and 2 years as a generator mechanic I am currently back stateside going to school for my A&P I really want to work on the miltary side mainly rotary You have any tips on getting a contract overseas on that after I get my certs?

Too many memes but some decent information!brCame from the military and I can say for certain that the experience is great but the quality of education and maintenance knowledge is definitely lacking At the same time I will always recommend it to anyone who doesn’t have any experience in aviation but wants to find a place to start
