Countries don't like the IMF, until they completely frell up their finances and come begging for relief And just coincidentally, as China's Belt and Road constructions projects are beginning to fail, these recipient countries are turning to the IMF for loans (to repay China) The IMF is starting to be used to indirectly bail out China's bad investment decisions
