For the money these are super great scopes,I bought one for my father in laws pellet gun two years it's still dead on,so now I got this one for my 22 rifle great quality especially for under a hundred dollars

I got a Swarovski Z3 on my 7 x 57, Its been on that rifle for gee;s 25 years It bothers me that fixed power scopes slim pickings these days Thou two of my rilfes wear 6 x 42mm Leupolds

Leupold vx-freedom 3-9x50 vs Meopta Optika6 3-18x50? Around where I live they cost the same and I can't choose (I like the Leupold for the simplicity and warranty but I like the Meopta because of the adjustability)

Stayed on the sidelines for a few years and after watching friends kill deer with creeds I found a Christensen Mesa 6:5 Creed lightly used for a very good price and mounted up a scope With hunting ammo, which is available everywhere now, shoot a 5/8 group with federal fusion and a 7/8 group with Winchester 125 gr XP I have used a rather heavy BAR 270 Weatherby Mag for years and I do a lot of walking, so am looking forward to trying out the new much lighter rifle Happy hunting to all👍

great review,it helped me find what I was looking,,I'd never heard of GPO so I went to their website and found the Passion 3-9x42 it has the huge FOV that I'm looking for in a deer rifle and as soon as I saw the reticles I was soldwell kindabrit's a bit out of my budget range so I have to save a bit for it so for now I am I am going with the Sig Sauer Whiskey 3 on my almost 60 year Remington 700 3006, but I may put it on my Model 70 in 270 instead,BTWwhat do you use on those huge ass spiders you got where you live?,,lol

Like many guys I have numerous rifles to keep scoped and I also have learned that my eye likes the uniformity of the same sight picture regardless of which rifle I'm shooting I don't need to go too cheap but can't justify going too expensive either For that reason, I some time ago settled on the Leupold scopes in the $300 range with the duplex reticle The VX-Freedom in duplex was discontinued for some strange reason, but when I need a scope for a new rifle that model can usually still be found on eBay I also like that that scope is available in the 3-9x40, or the 2-7x33 which is perfect for a 223 or 30-30

I like what's in your head for hunting scopes I can't vouch for each and every one but I like where you put the Leupold Scopes All I need is that vxhd on my deer rifle Just a nice thin crosshair, nothing more and for ethical hunting distances all I need is 4x I worked hard to find that deer and the last damn thing I want is to lose him over high magnification, poor field of view Just a good scope that holds zero and I can see through it Your review was perfect!

I can account for the $100 Hawke optic The other day I was taking a huge dump and clogged my toilet somethin' fierce Thankfully, I had my trusty 300 Win Mag next to me, and was able to pop the lever on the quick disconnect so I could start plunging and 45 minutes later I was back on the back porch settin' the countryside back on fire Didn't lose zero either Thanks, Joe!

Great video Joe I would tell guys that that the vortex 3 -15 ×50 LHT Is also a good lightweight option at 20 oz I'm not a Vortex fan, but I've been using this scope for a while now and it's a box checker It is a little more tha 1k but worth it Glad I gave it a try

Great video Joe! I had a hawke eclipse 30 sf scope back in the day on my budget long range build 300 win mag and it would break after about 100 rounds every time After having it replaced free of charge about 4 times I switched over to a vortex viper and that also broke but after upwards of 1000 rounds The vipers rear ocular bell fell right off lol I ended up getting that replaced free of charge also and so far still going strong Have a great day man!
