This is actually incredibly disappointing considering now people train from birth and have all sorts of aids like: track, shoes, outfit, diet and shared knowledge You see A LOT of development in sports like Football, basketball and so on where technique is a big factor Those athletes are like 100 better today, this looks like a 0-2 improvement considering the things mentioned earlier
